7 - 10 years of overall work experience in IT projects. Of which, a minimum of 2-3 years experience in the capacity of Project Manager, having managed at least 2 medium sized projects so far. Additional: In addition, a match in at least one area described below; Having major exposure to BPR in the banking/ financial industry / Having worked as a business analyst in the banking industry, predominantly in the area of trade finance, with a good grasp over the functional matters. Professional experience with Java/J2EE platform including previous experience as Developer/Architect, using standards frameworks like Struts/Spring/tiles/hibernate, databases including SQL/PLSQL/Oracle.
